Privacy policy

1. Who we are

Logiaweb (logiaweb.net) is run by Logiaweb Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202452099Z), 68 Circular Road #02-01, Singapore 049422. We are responsible for the personal data described here. For any question about your data, email info@logiaweb.net.

We handle personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and under the GDPR for members in the European Union and the United Kingdom.

2. What we collect

• Your account: your name, your email address and your password, which is stored only as a secure hash that nobody can read. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we get the name and email they share with us instead, and no password. With Apple's "Hide my email", we only see the relay address Apple gives us.
• Your answers to the welcome questions: your role, how you work, your AI tools and level, your goal, how you found us and, if you add one, your handle.
• Your choices on the platform: your track (designer or builder), the course waitlist answer and whether you subscribed to the newsletter.
• What you post in the community: posts, images, voice notes, comments and reactions. Other members can see them.
• Your public profile, only if you choose to share it at logiaweb.net/u/your-handle.
• Questions you ask the hub AI and the build planner, and how many you used each month.
• Security data: your IP address and the email you sign in with, kept for up to a day to limit abuse of sign-in and sign-up.

Your saved items, course progress, collections and build plans are kept in your browser, not on our servers.

3. Why we use it

• To run your account and the hub: sign-in, your profile, the community and the course (to perform our agreement with you).
• To send you the Monday newsletter, only if you opted in (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link).
• To answer your questions with the hub AI and the build planner (to perform our agreement with you).
• To keep the platform secure and prevent abuse, and to understand overall usage with privacy-friendly analytics (our legitimate interest).

4. Who processes it for us

We share data only with the services that run the platform, under data processing agreements:

• Supabase: accounts, database and file storage, hosted in the EU (Ireland).
• Resend: sends the codes that confirm your email and let you log in, from the EU (Ireland).
• Vercel: hosts the website, and Vercel Web Analytics measures page visits without cookies.
• Beehiiv: sends the newsletter, if you subscribed.
• Anthropic: generates the answers of the hub AI and the build planner from your question.
• Google and Apple: only if you choose to sign in with them.

Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, such as in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We never sell your data.

5. Cookies

We only use cookies the site needs to work: the cookies that keep you signed in, and one that remembers whether you collapsed the hub's sidebar. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your account data while you have an account. When you ask us to delete it, we delete your account, profile, posts, comments and uploaded files. Security data is deleted after a day. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@logiaweb.net and we will answer within a month. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

8. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or on the site before it applies.
