Terms of service
Last updated October 25, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Logiaweb when you use the newsletter site and the hub.
1. Who we are
Logiaweb (logiaweb.net) is run by Logiaweb Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202452099Z), 68 Circular Road #02-01, Singapore 049422. Contact: info@logiaweb.net.
2. Your account
You need a free account to use the hub. Use your real email and keep access to it: it's how we confirm your account and how you get back in if you forget your password. One account per person. You must be at least 16.
Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account; tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
3. The community
You keep the rights to what you post. By posting, you let us show it on Logiaweb and in our own posts about the community, with credit to you. You can delete your posts at any time.
Don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, misleading or spammy, or anything you don't have the rights to. We can remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. The hub AI and the build planner
The AI features generate answers automatically. They can be wrong or incomplete: check anything important before you rely on it. Use is limited to a number of questions and plans per month.
5. Pro
Logiaweb Pro adds paid features and tool credits. Prices, what's included and how to cancel are shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. Partner tools such as Stage and Limora have their own terms.
6. Our content
The course, guides, issues, skills and other materials are ours or licensed to us. You can use them for your own work and projects, but not resell or republish them.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep Logiaweb running and accurate, but we provide it as is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for losses from relying on the content or the AI answers. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer.
8. Ending your account
You can stop using Logiaweb at any time and ask us to delete your account at info@logiaweb.net. We can close accounts that break these terms.
9. Changes and law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore decide any dispute. Nothing here takes away the protection the consumer laws of your own country give you.
